



Health Regulation Requirements:
1. An interstate health certificate of veterinary inspection from the state of origin and issued by a licensed accredited veterinarian must accompany each animal. All animals may be listed on one health certificate. THE ORIGINAL HEALTH CERTIFICATE MUST ACCOMPANY SHIPMENT AND ONE PHOTOCOPY OF THE ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE MUST BE SUPPLIED FOR EACH ANIMAL. Each certificate must show the name and address of the consignor and be consigned to Real McCoy Customer Appreciation Sale or Real Advantage Customer Appreciation Sale, and the individual identification of the animal is required (ear notches are acceptable for purebred animals but federal approved ear tags are required for all crossbred animals. No health certificate needs prior state approval but you MUST use the sale permit number A080428 (For Real Advantage Sale on April 28th ONLY).
2. Since all states are now STAGE 5 for Pseudorabies (PRV) eradication program, no testing is required for this show. If the animal comes from a Pseudorabies qualified herd and from a Brucellosis validated herd, it is required that these numbers and the last test dates do appear clearly on the health certificates.
3. All health cerficiates must carry a statement that the farm of origin of the swine has not has Pseudorabies or swine dysentery in the past 12 months, has not had TGE in the past 60 days, feeds no garbage, and is not under quarantine for any disease condition and used no Pseudorabies vaccine.
4. It is suggested that all pigs be vaccinated to circovirus, erysipelas, swine flu and mycoplasma. Two injections given at least two weeks apart is preferred. This product is available commercially from several vaccine companies. This is not a sale requirement.
5. REMEMBER, EACH PIG MUST HAVE 2 COPIES OF INDIVIDUAL HEALTH PAPERS
6. Since the State of Utah requires a test of PRSS, No animal from this sale may be purchased to go to the State of Utah.
